This policy explains what happens to information you give us through this website, and what the site records on its own. It applies to Alfenon Aljameela only.

What we collect when you enquire
The enquiry form asks for your name and phone number. Everything else is optional: your email address, the service and area you selected, your message, photographs of your pool, and how you would prefer us to reply.
What the site records by itself
- the page you sent the enquiry from, and the website that referred you, if any;
- campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, so we can tell which advertising works;
- your browser's user-agent string;
- your IP address, stored only as a one-way hash. We keep it in that form to stop the form being abused; it cannot be turned back into your address.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
- To answer you — arrange a site visit, prepare a quotation, and keep a record of what was discussed. We do this because you asked us to.
- To keep the site working and safe — rate limiting and spam prevention, which is our legitimate interest in not having the form abused.
- Measurement and advertising — only if you accept cookies. You can decline, and nothing breaks.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we are dealing with it, and afterwards as part of our business records. If you would like yours removed, ask us and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It reaches only:
- the company that hosts this website and stores its database;
- our email provider, which carries the notification and any reply;
- Google, if you accept cookies — see the cookie notice — and Google Maps if you load the map on the contact page;
- WhatsApp, if you choose to start a conversation with us there. That conversation is governed by their terms, not ours.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time — the cookie notice explains how. Write to alfenonaljameela@gmail.com and tell us what you would like; we will not ask you for a reason.
Keeping it secure
The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to the enquiry records is limited to people who need it, and your IP address is hashed before it is stored. No system is perfect, and we will tell you if something happens that affects you.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes we will update this page. The date below is when it last changed.
