These terms cover your use of this website. They are between you and ALFENON ALJAMEELA SWIMMING POOL INSTALLATION L.L.C, trading as Alfenon Aljameela.
They are not the contract for any work. If we carry out work for you, that is governed by the written quotation and agreement we sign with you — not by this page.
Using this site
You are welcome to read it, and to contact us through it. Please do not attempt to break it, scrape it wholesale, or use the enquiry form to send advertising.
Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. Nothing on this site is a priced offer. We quote after we have seen the pool, and a quotation is given to you in writing.
What the site says about our work
The service pages describe how we normally work. Every pool is different, and what applies to yours is what we put in your written quotation. Photographs and videos show work we have carried out; they are examples, not a promise that your pool will be identical.
Content on this site
The text, photographs and video here are ours or used with permission. Please do not republish them without asking. You are of course free to link to any page.
Other people's sites and services
Where we link out — to WhatsApp, to Google Maps, to a social account — those services have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or entirely free of error. We may change or remove pages at any time.
Liability
We are responsible for what the law says we are responsible for, and we do not try to exclude anything that cannot be excluded. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website itself. Anything to do with work we perform is dealt with in the agreement for that work.
Which law applies
The laws of the United Arab Emirates apply, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
